As part of our commitment to provide service users with a supportive and stimulating environment, we offer Day Services and Outside Therapies to complement the care they receive in each of our homes.
Each programme of services is bespoke and needs-led and reflects the abilities and personal tastes of the service user, helping to keep them stimulated whilst developing their social and independence skills.
Activity Opportunities
All of our service users receive a package of Activity Opportunities designed with their individual likes and dislikes, needs and abilities in mind. A core value of our Activities provision is our belief in supporting our service users to keep appropriate jobs, continue education/training and take part in valued, fulfilling activities.

Outside Therapies
Service users within Orchard End have the opportunity to make use of therapies from outside the group, as part of their pre-agreed health plan.

Staff Training Opportunities
We recognise the importance of staff development and training, and we are fully committed to ensuring that all of the training and development needs of our staff are identified and seen as a priority. We have a specialist Training Co-ordinator in place to encourage staff to continue their professional development so that we, as a group, can provide the best service possible.
