Staff Training Opportunities
We recognise the importance of staff development and training, and we are fully committed to ensuring that all of the training and development needs of our staff are identified and seen as a priority. We have a specialist Training Co-ordinator in place to encourage staff to continue their professional development so that we, as a group, can provide the best service possible.
All of our new staff complete an induction programme within the first period of their employment, and we have an ongoing programme of training and professional development in place to ensure that our staff are fully able to meet the needs of our service users.
Professional Qualifications
All staff have the opportunity for private study time to enable them to follow an approved course of study. Staff will not normally be granted this facility until after the satisfactory completion of a six month probationary period of work for the organisation and have a proven achievement of high standards within their role.
