About Sunnyside House
Sunnyside House is a substantial, detached country house situated in three acres of landscaped gardens and paddocks with its own small-holding. Located in the village of Birdwood on the A40, it has six beds in the main building and four in the detached, purpose-built bungalow.
The accommodation at Sunnyside House includes a large lounge, dining room and modern kitchen leading to a conservatory at the rear of the building. The separate bungalow includes four individual bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge.
The grounds of the house are extremely spacious and well maintained and provide excellent opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

Keep following Ross-on-Wye signs and you will come to the Highnam Roundabout
Approximately four miles after the roundabout you will enter Birdwood
Sunnyside House is on the right, immediately after a garage
From Gloucester City Centre
Take the A419 toward Ross-on-Wye
At the A40 roundabout take the first exit (A40) toward Ross-on-Wye
Keep following Ross-on-Wye signs and you will come to the Highnam Roundabout
Approximately four miles after the roundabout you will enter Birdwood
Sunnyside House is on the right, immediately after a petrol station
