Our Philosophy
We promote independence and choice to create a homely and supportive environment within which the service users can develop and lead a fulfilling and active life. We aim to provide and maintain a safe, secure, warm, comfortable and friendly environment in which service users feel they can do this.
We promote self-determination and choice and provide individually tailored person centred care plans to include communication, advocacy, support, participation and decision-making.
