Our Philosophy
Each service user receives an individualised Person-Centred Programme of care, as well as a bespoke programme of Day Care activities. We also have our own, in-house clinical psychology team who work alongside staff in assessing and devising appropriate interventions to address the emotional, psychological and behavioural needs of our service users.
We enable our service users to live as fulfilling a life as possible in a secure environment. We promote independence, choice and community integration. Our service users are encouraged to develop their personal skills in daily living, social skills, communication, education, decision making and future planning.
The service users have individually tailored plans of care which take a holistic approach to ensure all needs are met. Support and advice is provided whilst the right to dignity and respect is upheld at all times.
We offer when needed support and advice from our in house Psychology and Psychiatry Teams.
