About Coppice House
Coppice House is a large, detached former family home, set in 4.5 acres of beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, providing a long-term home for adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Aspergers Syndrome with associated learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
A long driveway leads through an orchard to a small car park, set away from the main house. The home, which is registered for eleven service users, is stone-built and set in safe, peaceful, landscaped grounds. There are seven individual bedrooms on the first floor of the main house with a further four bedrooms in the adjacent detached bungalow, which has its own large conservatory. The accommodation includes a large, modern kitchen and dining room, large lounge and laundry room.
The position of the house offers service users privacy and safety, whilst still enjoying a place in the local community.
Our Philosophy
We enable our service users to live as fulfilling a life as possible in a secure environment. We promote independence, choice and community integration. Our service users are encouraged to develop their personal skills in daily living, social skills, communication, education, decision making and future planning.
The service users have individually tailored plans of care which take a holistic approach to ensure all needs are met. Support and advice is provided whilst the right to dignity and respect is upheld at all times.

At the next roundabout follow signs for Ross-on-Wye A40
Keep following Ross-on-Wye signs and you will come to the Highnam Roundabout
Approximately four and a half miles after the roundabout you will enter Huntley

From Gloucester City Centre
Take the A419 toward Ross-on-Wye
At the A40 roundabout take the first exit (A40) toward Ross-on-Wye
Keep following Ross-on-Wye signs and you will come to the Highnam Roundabout
Approximately four and a half miles after the roundabout you will enter Huntley
